Harris Trail offers 3-bedroom townhomes for rent in Richmond Hill, GA 1,461 square feet in size. Each home features a smart home package for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include double vanity sink, large walk-in closets and high ceilings.

We offer virtual tours through the Harris Trail website as well as in-person self-guided tours.

Applications can be completed online through the community website.

Applicants must demonstrate a household income of approximately 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent. Proof of income can be provided through recent pay stubs or bank records during the application process.

Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

To help maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

To report a noise concern, please contact the Harris Trail leasing office during business hours so our team can assist. If excessive noise occurs after hours, local authorities may be contacted if necessary, and we encourage residents to notify the leasing office so appropriate follow-up can be completed.

Smoking is permitted only on private patios and designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted inside townhomes.

The closest airport to Harris Trail is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, located approximately 25 to 30 minutes from the community.

Harris Trail offers a convenient Richmond Hill location just minutes from both Savannah and Pooler. Residents can enjoy local favorites such as J.F. Gregory Park, known for its walking trails, fishing pond, playgrounds, and community events. Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.

A 60-day notice is required before moving out.

A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.

Subleasing is not allowed at this community.

A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
